What to Bring to Registration
To make the registration process as quick and easy as possible, we ask that you bring:
• picture/military ID
• insurance card(s)
• physician's orders and/or prescription
• know your current personal information (address, phone number, etc.)
• bring your co-pay or deductible
• insurance referral and/or pre-certification approval number
• know your primary care physician information (name, address, phone number, etc.).
Where to Go to Register
Admissions is located in the main hospital on the first floor. The hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day, and the phone is 717-763-2757.
Patient Registration at the Ortenzio Heart Center is located on the ground floor and is open from 6 a.m. until the last scheduled MRI patient is registered. Phone 717-763-2100.
Imaging Registration is located on the first floor of the main hospital and is open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Phone 717-763-2100.
Holy Spirit Camp Hill Center, located at 875 Poplar Church Road, is open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Phone 717-972-4900.
Holy Spirit Colonial Park Center, located at 4230 Crums Mill Road, Harrisburg, is open Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Phone 717-972-4900.
Upon Discharge
Upon discharge, ask your doctor whether you will need any assistance while recovering. Many options are available for short-term care at home, including nursing therapy, assistance with meal preparation or house cleaning, transportation, or help with personal hygiene.
