Free Program on Stroke Awareness To Be Offered

Holy Spirit Health System will host a free program for individuals interested in learning more about strokes.

Richard Paczynski, MD, a neurologist who specializes in inpatient care at Holy Spirit Hospital, will present “Stroke in 2020” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 16. The lecture will be held in Holy Spirit Hospital’s auditorium.

Dr. Paczynski will talk about what puts you at risk for having a stroke and how to know if you or someone else is having a stroke. He will also explain why time is so vital in treating a stroke.
