New Physician Joins Silver Creek Family Health Center

CAMP HILL – Charles Lowe, MD, has joined Silver Creek Family Health Center in Mechanicsburg.
Dr. Lowe, who founded and grew two successful solo practices since completing his residency in 1986, most recently worked in Glens Falls, N.Y. While there, he earned community recognition for smoking cessation patient education and was voted “Best Doctor” in a 2009 local newspaper poll.
Board certified in family practice, Dr. Lowe completed a residency in family medicine at Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. He earned his medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara and his bachelor’s degree from St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y.
Dr. Lowe is fluent in Spanish.
An active community participant, Dr. Lowe has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America since 1996.
