Two Ways to Use Online Bill Pay

When using Online Bill Pay, you can choose to make a one-time payment, or you can enroll in Customer Console, which allows you to make payments on multiple accounts and/or receive billing statements electronically.

Just Pay It: Make a one-time payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Customer Console: Enroll to manage your accounts, pay multiple accounts at one time and view statements.

Frequently Asked Questions About Online Bill Pay

Q. What information will I need prior to paying my bill?
A. If you’re a Just Pay It or first-time Customer Console user you will need to have a copy of your statement in front of you to find the following information:

  • Account number
  • Date of service
  • Dollar amount of the bill you’re paying
  • Patient name

Please enter your name exactly as it appears on the statement, and be sure to use all capital letters. Also, when the additional four digits in your zip code (ie, 17011-2530) appear on your bill, they must be entered into e-pay.

If you do not have a statement at this time, you can contact our Customer Service Center at 717-763-2138 for any missing information.

Q. What methods can I use to pay my bill online?
A. You can pay by credit card/check card or electronic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

Q. Which credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX) and Discover.

Q. What information do I need to pay my bill from my checking or savings account?
A. You will need both your bank routing number and your checking or savings account number. This information can be found at the bottom of your check. (There is a link you can click on during the payment process that will show you exactly where to find these numbers on your check.)

If you are paying your bill from your savings account and do not know your routing number, please contact your bank for this information prior to starting the payment process.

Q. What if I cannot pay my balance in full?
A. If you are unable to pay your bill due to financial hardship, please review our Financial Assistance Policy.

 

If you are able to pay your bill but need to pay in installments, please contact our Customer Service Center. An agent will help you set up a payment arrangement that follows our guidelines

Please note that when you schedule a payment to occur in Customer Console, your bill will not be set up on a payment plan and you will continue to go through the collections cycle until you contact one of our Customer Service agents. Q. Which Holy Spirit providers are set up for online bill pay?
A. Currently, only bills from Holy Spirit Hospital can be paid online. Patients receiving bills from the following providers can contact them directly at the numbers below. Please check your billing statement(s) for the provider’s logo to ensure that you are contacting the correct Holy Spirit division.
